For the FW22 collection, Casadei has taken inspiration from Quentin Tarantino’s character Gogo Yubari to create the Gogo family. Punched-toe T-bar sandals, also called two-eyes sandals, are a unisex formal shoe style for kids, the iconic silhouette of which is made current by the crepe rubber sole and the Rock shape’s generous volumes that come in Rodeo-coloured patent leather. Casadei’s goal is the friction generated by the collision between the sandals’ original purpose, the feeling of tenderness that comes from reconnecting with a childhood possession, and the sandals’ new urban connotation.
